To complement our ‘hands on’ approach we will give each patient their own individual exercise programme. These will include stretching exercises, strengthening exercises and postural exercises.

At Back to Fitness Physiotherapy, we understand the pressure on athletes to return to competition as soon as possible. This can be pressure to rejoin the team or internal pressure to train for a race. We will understand what you need to be able to do in your sport and then design a sports specific rehabilitation programme to prepare you to compete again. This may include gym work or specific sports drills.
