At Back to Fitness Physiotherapy we have a very ‘hands-on’ approach to treating spinal, joint and muscle problems.
Typically we will use a combination of manual therapy (joint mobilisations, manipulations and soft tissue techniques) depending upon your specific injury requirements to get you ‘Back to Fitness’ as soon as possible. From your first session you will be given exercises to perform at home to speed up your recovery and prevent relapses. These exercises will be progressed as your symptoms improve.
