Susan will usually be the first contact that you will have if you telephone us for an appointment. It is important to us that we offer our patients the highest level of customer service and Susan makes sure this happens. She is Charlotte’s right hand woman. She always provides a fast, efficient and friendly response to patients enquiries.

Before becoming a full-time mum, she worked for many years for NatWest bank. The skills she learned there serve her well in her work at the clinic, in particular working as part of an exciting and ambitious team. She enjoys being busy but any time she has left over is soon taken up by her two demanding sons, husband, labrador Reggie and staffie, Ronnie.
