I’m 66 and other members of the class, both men and women, are retired too. I think all of us have health or muscular issues but we all manage the 4 circuits of 8 exercises, which change for each session. I have used Back to Fitness Physio for rehabilitation physio on numerous occasions and have more recently started reformer Pilates classes. Both McKennzie and Charlotte, who have treated and instructed me, are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very welcoming. The classes are highly enjoyable, and Charlotte puts you at ease and talks you through each exercise with demonstrations.
