Yoga
We get it — yoga can seem intimidating. You might think it’s only for people who are naturally bendy, wear fancy leggings, or can fold themselves into pretzel-like poses. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Yoga isn’t about perfection or extreme flexibility — it’s about presence. It’s about moving your body in a way that feels good, calming your nervous system, and creating space (physically and mentally) in your week. It’s about stretching, breathing, and just being — even if just for an hour.
Our yoga classes at the Barn are suitable for everyone, whether you’ve never set foot on a mat or you’ve done yoga for years. Lisa Madeira, our brilliant yoga and reformer Pilates teacher, creates a welcoming, calming atmosphere where you’re supported to move at your own pace. She offers lots of options and modifications, so you’ll never feel out of place.
Yoga has so many benefits:

- It helps improve sleep, posture, flexibility and strength
