I’m Lisa, a yoga teacher and life coach.

I found yoga when I started practising in my twenties, It was suggested to me when I began to suffer from panic attacks. I was amazed how yoga helped me manage my symptoms and have since believed that yoga is a little bit of magic💫

Over the years my passion for yoga grew and this inspired me to complete my 200h yoga teacher training so that I could share the physical and mental benefits of this holistic practice with others. As a teacher I am dedicated to offering a welcoming and supportive environment regardless of your level or experience.

I embarked on my life coaching journey in 2020 when I trained to be a transformational life coach, primarily to enhance my experience of working/coaching young people in a secondary school, however similarly to my experience with yoga, I became passionate about the benefits of life coaching. As yoga teaches us to create space and live in the present moment, life coaching offers us the tools that promote awareness and to practice presence every day on and off your mat.

As part of my own personal development and following a cancer diagnosis which resulted in early menopause I have recently trained to be a menopause wellness practitioner. This has enabled me to educate myself around the changes/symptoms that menopause can cause as well as gaining valuable information and advice, something else I am passionate about sharing.
