Everyday Movers
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from expert physiotherapy. Most of the people we help are regular, everyday movers — office workers, parents, dog walkers, weekend gardeners, and people who just want to stay active without pain. Maybe it’s a sore back from sitting at a desk, a niggly shoulder from sleeping awkwardly, or a knee that’s getting in the way of walking the dog. Whether your pain has crept up gradually or come on suddenly, we’ll help you understand what’s going on and what you can do about it. Our aim is to get you back to moving with confidence again — whether that’s in the gym, on the moors, or just comfortably getting through your day.
Athletes
From grassroots to elite, we work with athletes of all ages and abilities — including runners, cyclists, swimmers, footballers, rugby players, and weekend warriors. Whether it’s an acute injury, a recurring niggle, or you’re aiming to improve performance or prevent problems, we combine hands-on treatment, tailored rehab, and cutting-edge tools like shockwave and K-Laser therapy. We also offer strength and conditioning programmes and sports-specific screening to keep you moving well and performing at your best. You’ll find we speak your language — all of our physios are active themselves, so we understand the demands of training and the drive to get back out there.
People experiencing menopause and peri menopause
We support women through the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause with empathy and expertise. This life stage can bring joint pain, fatigue, stiffness, brain fog, reduced muscle mass, pelvic floor changes and a loss of confidence in movement — and it’s often not talked about enough. Our menopause-informed team can help you take back control of your body with a blend of evidence-based physiotherapy, strength-based exercise, education, and support. You can also join our StrongHER Together menopause strength classes, Pilates (mat or reformer), or work 1:1 with one of our physios to create a plan that feels doable and empowering. We’re here to support you, not push you — and we understand how much better life feels when you’re moving well again.
Older Adults
Staying strong, steady, and independent matters — and we love helping older adults move with more confidence. Whether you’ve noticed your balance isn’t what it was, you’re recovering from a fall, or you simply want to stay active and pain-free, we’re here to help. Our popular Back to Balance and Fitness classes are tailored to those who need seated or standing exercises, focusing on strength, mobility and balance in a friendly, supportive environment. For those looking for a gentler, more mindful movement practice, our Tai Chi sessions are a fantastic way to improve coordination, posture, and calm the nervous system.
We also run a unique Back to Activity class — ideal for anyone looking to rebuild strength and confidence after illness, surgery, injury or a long period of inactivity. These classes are small, supportive and physio-led, so you can go at your own pace and feel safe while exercising.
Prefer something 1:1? We also offer gym-based sessions or Pilates designed just for you. It’s never too late to move better — and we’ll help you feel strong, steady and supported every step of the way.
