To complement our ‘hands-on’ approach, we will give each patient their own individual exercise programme. This will include stretching exercises, strengthening exercises and postural exercises.
Strength and conditioning plays a huge role in what we do and how we work with our patients.
Patient care is more than just reducing pain. That’s phase one of treatment.
Phase two is all about prevention and returning you to a health and fitness level beyond that which you presented with.
We go beyond simply treating injuries though: we can also help with general fitness problems:
- Want to fix your deadlift? We can help.
- Want to run further? We can help.
- Want to get on and off the floor easier? We can help.
- Worried about your balance? We can help.
- Just had a baby and want to strengthen up? We can help.
- Are you in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause and don’t know how to exercise? We can help.
We are health professionals with clinical and medical experience. Our background is rooted in exercise and rehabilitation. This means we are the best people to rehabilitate you if you have a medical condition or injury.
We understand the human body’s complexities and how pathology and medical conditions can make it challenging to exercise confidently.
Don’t be scared of exercising: let us hold your hand through the process and guide you to success.
