The Physio Rehab Barn is our exercise and rehabilitation centre, where our physiotherapists will show you how to become the strongest, fittest and safest version of yourself.
Everyone is welcome through our doors whether they are recovering from surgery and are worried about exercising again, want to improve performance to complete that race, or want to fully participate in life.
As a team of physiotherapists, we have 30 years of combined clinical experience to draw on. We understand injuries, how the body heals, and, more importantly, how exercises must be adapted to promote this. We know how to push you just hard enough to achieve your goals.
Never feel like you’re not fit enough to come to our gym – we’ve got you.
Don’t ever worry about making the injury worse—trust us, we know what we’re doing.
With us, you aren’t just a number; we invite you to come to a place ‘where everybody knows your name’.
-
Have a recurring injury which just won’t go away
-
Want to get fitter, stronger and do so safely
-
Have any level of fitness, of all ages
-
Are put off by busy, noisy gyms
-
Want experienced medical professionals to support them
-
Have health conditions which make them worried about exercising
-
Want to be able to live life more fully
-
Are worried about falling or poor balance
-
Have had an illness or surgery and want to get back on their feet
We understand how hard it is to stick to an exercise programme when the motivation drops, or it hurts, or it stops hurting or when you’re worried about doing more damage.
We can empathise with how hard it is going somewhere new when you’re not sure what to do and you think you’re perhaps not good enough to be there.
There is so much information about what you should be doing that it makes it very difficult to find what’s appropriate for you and your body.
We know what you should do and how you should do it, so let us guide you through your exercise journey. With us, you will reach the other side, where you surpass your own expectations and become a healthier, fitter and stronger version of yourself.
